Afrikaans by Question of Time is a floral chypre with an oriental edge. Turkish rose sits alongside ripe fruit, warm spice and smoky oud.

The opening is bright and juicy, with lychee, mango and raspberry. Violet leaves add a cool, green crispness, and a spicy Turkish rose soon brings warmth and depth.

The rose takes over in the heart. A rich rose absolute blends with saffron, which gives a warm, almost leathery spice. Egyptian geranium brings out the green, aromatic side of the rose, and the Marinal molecule adds a light, mineral airiness.

As it dries down, the scent turns deeper and more enveloping. Oud and patchouli lay a dark, woody base that contrasts with the fruity, floral opening. Cashmere wood adds a soft, skin-like warmth, while moss and musk settle close to the skin and leave an elegant trail.
